1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services including mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, battery replacement, jump starts, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance provided by JFN Motors Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, website form, or our mobile app.
2.2 We aim to attend within 60 minutes for emergency callouts and 2-4 hours for scheduled appointments.
2.3 Service times are estimates only. Delays due to traffic, vehicle access, or emergencies may occur.
2.4 You must provide accurate vehicle registration, location details, and tyre size information when booking.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 All services must be paid in full upon completion unless credit terms are pre-agreed.
3.2 We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.3 A 25% callout fee applies to all jobs cancelled after technician dispatch.
3.4 Prices exclude VAT where applicable and are quoted before inspection.
4. Tyre and Battery Services
4.1 We assess tyres for safe repair according to British Standards (BS AU 159g). Unsafe tyres must be replaced.
4.2 Replacement tyres are fitted from stock or sourced locally. Lead times may apply for specialist sizes.
4.3 Battery replacements include 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
4.4 We cannot guarantee exact tyre brand availability but will match size, load, and speed ratings.
5. Vehicle Access and Safety
5.1 You must ensure safe, legal parking for roadside work.
5.2 Vehicle must be unlocked with keys available upon arrival.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe working conditions exist.
5.4 No liability for vehicle damage during recovery beyond reasonable care.
6. Liability and Warranties
6.1 We provide services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee perfect results.
6.2 30-day workmanship warranty on repairs (excludes further damage or misuse).
6.3 No responsibility for pre-existing vehicle faults discovered during service.
6.4 Maximum liability capped at cost of service provided.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Emergency callouts: No charge if cancelled before technician dispatch.
7.2 Scheduled appointments: 2 hours notice required or 50% service fee applies.
7.3 Repeated cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control including severe weather, traffic delays, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled through local courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
